Cardique makes solid metal business cards to order. Each card is produced to the specification you provide in the configurator, including the text and details you choose to engrave. Because every card is personalized, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit — including spelling, names, and contact details. We produce your card exactly as submitted, so please check everything carefully before paying. Finishes are shown as accurately as possible, but slight variations between the on-screen preview and the finished metal are normal.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and your payment is successfully authorized. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if we cannot verify payment, if the personalization is unlawful or infringes someone’s rights, or if an item was mispriced — in which case we will refund any amount you have paid.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the total shown at checkout, including any shipping. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; the available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you complete the order.

Each card is finished by hand, so orders are typically produced and shipped within 1–2 weeks. Shipping costs €20 and is free on orders with a subtotal of €250 or more. We ship worldwide. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are your responsibility.

Because production begins shortly after payment, you can only change or cancel an order before production has started. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@cardiqueofficial.com. Once production has begun, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Our cards are made to your personal specification. Under EU consumer law, personalized or custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, so orders cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this website — including designs, text, images, and the Cardique name and logo — belongs to Cardique and may not be used without our permission. You keep ownership of the content you submit for personalization, and you grant us the limited right to use it solely to produce and deliver your order. You confirm that you have the right to use any name, logo, or text you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or any law.

You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

Your cards will conform to their description and be of satisfactory quality, as required by law. We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee beyond your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law — including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our cards are decorative, professional items. You are responsible for how you use, store, and handle them. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use or misuse of the cards — including injury or damage caused by their physical properties, such as their edges — or from a failure to keep them out of reach of children.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, goodwill, or data.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as supplier failures, carrier disruptions, or natural events.

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
